We do not refund or accept returns once your corals have been picked up.
If you are not happy with the health or look of the coral when you pick it up, don’t take it. We’ll process a full refund on the spot.
Subject to our interactions and if we have availability, we may agree to replace your coral if you have issues within first 2 weeks after your purchase – this is at our discretion and a show of good faith.
We are not responsible for your errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression).
We are not responsible for any hitch-hikers or pests that may accompany our corals.
You are responsible for taking all precautions to inspect, dip and quarantine your corals before introducing them to your system.
Appearance of corals (size, shape, color, polyp size) will vary from tank to tank due to different lighting, water flow and water conditions.
We try our best to provide an accurate representation of the coral in the photos and description, however, we are not responsible for differences in color, shape or size due to various tank conditions or any changes that may occur over time.
